This policy is designed to protect customer rights throughout the usage period while affirming our reputation and responsibility for every project delivered.
1. Warranty Period

All products and equipment supplied and installed by Thuy Linh Long Group are covered under the warranty terms specified in the contract (typically 12–24 months from the handover date, depending on the type of equipment).

The warranty period is clearly stated in the acceptance report and project contract.
2. Warranty Coverage
This warranty policy applies to:

Technical faults or defects arising from the manufacturer.

Installation or configuration errors caused by Thuy Linh Long Group’s technical team.

Damaged components or accessories within the warranty period (eligible items will be replaced free of charge if covered).
3. Warranty Conditions
Customers are entitled to warranty service if the following conditions are met:

The equipment is still within the warranty period as specified in the contract.

The product has been installed, used, and maintained in accordance with technical guidelines.

The customer provides an acceptance report, warranty card, or recorded information from the company’s system.
Cases not covered under free warranty include:

Damage caused by external physical impact (collision, breakage, natural disasters, fire, flooding, etc.).

Products altered or serviced by third parties other than Thuy Linh Long Group.

Natural wear and tear during use (rollers, belts, rubber seals, consumable accessories, etc.).
4. Maintenance Policy

After the warranty period expires, customers may register for scheduled maintenance services provided by Thuy Linh Long Group.

Maintenance services include: system inspection, cleaning, operational adjustments, and replacement of worn-out parts (if necessary).

Maintenance can be performed under service packages agreed in the contract or tailored to the customer’s specific needs.

Benefits of regular maintenance: extending product lifespan, reducing risks of breakdowns, and saving on costly repairs.
5. Warranty & Maintenance Process

Customers contact us via hotline or email to report an issue.

The technical department will acknowledge and respond within 24 working hours.

Engineers/technicians will be dispatched to inspect the site at the earliest possible time.

If component replacement is required, the company will inform the customer of costs (if not covered under warranty).

Upon completion, the customer will receive a warranty/maintenance service report.
